FLEX Sessions

FLEX sessions are programmed weekly workouts that build on progressive overload of repeated foundational strength building exercises, metabolic training, mobility, isolation, balance...throughout the month so you get the most out of every workout with the flexibility of options to tailor to your own personal goals.

One-on-one, semi-private, and small group training sessions - personalized to meet your goals in fitness, nutrition, and mobility - at your pace and at your convenience.

open gym & short-term memberships

Staying in New Orleans for a bit? We welcome short-term residents to maintain their fitness goals with us! Monthly plans are also available for use of Cypress Fitness’ facility and broad range of fitness equipment.

Established in 2012, Cypress Fitness is a unique, local, non-franchise fitness facility that offers a range of fitness options for people of all levels and backgrounds. With membership options and services that range from personal training to programmed weekly FLEX workouts to open gym access, our goal is to help you fulfill your goals.  We specialize in traditional strength and conditioning, mobility, and metabolic conditioning using a variety of equipment including barbells, squat racks, TRX suspension training, free weights, kettlebells, ski ergs, rowers, air bikes and more. Our down-to-earth, non-intimidating atmosphere will change the way you think about gyms. We aren’t obsessed with calorie burn or moving without purpose. Our programs are planned by experienced trainers to ensure optimal progression and allow for exercise modifications to fit every individual. At Cypress we strive for quality in everything we do, providing the absolute best service to our members, and most importantly, delivering results.
